The Puppetz Festival will return to the Nalanda Learning Centre at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya in Mumbai on 27 and 28 June 2026. The two-day programme will present a series of puppet performances designed for children and families, featuring classic stories, musical productions and traditional narratives. Registration is open through the museum’s events team.

Family-Focused Weekend Programme

The festival will offer multiple performances across two days, combining storytelling, music and puppetry. Shows are scheduled throughout the day, allowing visitors to attend different productions over the weekend.

On Saturday, 27 June, audiences can watch Aladdin and the Flying Carpet, Going to the Zoo, Red Riding Hood, Jungle Jugalbandi, and Kalyana Sagundhikam.

On Sunday, 28 June, the programme includes The Tiger Who Came to Tea, Ted in a Red Bed, Red Riding Hood, Jungle Jugalbandi, Tribute to Elvis Presley, and Mera Naam Joker.
